Returns & Exchanges

-When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the dispatch date to return full-price items to us for a refund. Sale items can be returned within 15 days from the dispatch date for a refund. *The exception to this rule are our Custom Garments, which cannot be returned our exchanged.

-Please keep all original packaging and return the items undamaged.

-If you return an item, we will examine the item and will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period.

-We do not process exchanges. Instead, please ship your return item to us and purchase your new item through our website.

Shipping

-With the exception of our organic tees, all Pamut garments are made to order. This means that we may take a little longer than a traditional clothing company to complete your order. You can expect that your garment will ship out no more than two weeks after your order date. Most often and unless we are quite busy, we are able to ship within a week of your order date!

-We currently ship to all 50 states and abroad. Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the US, you may be required to pay import taxes or fees upon the arrival of your package.

-Although we use all means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

-Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of sales and shipping tax.

Payment Options

-Upon checkout, you have the option to choose between payment processing directly on our website (through Square), or off-site with Paypal. Our on-site payments through Square are securely processed with our SSL certificate. You can also opt to pay securely on Paypal website.

-Orders made on our site are charged instantly.

-Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. When we’ve shipped the item, you will receive another e-mail containing your shipping information.
