Our Return/Exchange Policy
-At this time, we are only able to offer returns in the form of exchanges. Exchanges can be made for any other Pamut garment, plus or minus cost difference.
-Orders are not eligible for exchange if they are marked “Final Sale”, have been washed or worn, are covered in pet hair, sustained water damage during return shipping due to improper packaging, or if the garment was a custom color request (garments customized with waistband, inseam, length, etc ARE available for exchange).
-To request an exchange or garment alteration, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of your item’s delivery. Exchanges must arrive to our workshop within 20 days of customer receipt to be eligible. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. We will cover shipping of your replacement garment!
-With the exception of our organic tees, all Pamut garments are made to order. This means that we may take a little longer than a traditional clothing company to complete your order. You can expect that your garment will ship out no more than five weeks after your order date (an exception applies in the case of pre-sales).
-We currently ship to all 50 states and abroad. Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the US, you may be required to pay import taxes or fees upon the arrival of your package.
-Although we use all means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.
-Please be aware that NC-based customers are responsible for payment of sales and shipping tax.
-Upon checkout, you have the option to choose between payment processing directly on our website (through Shopify), or off-site with Paypal. Our on-site payments through Shopify are securely processed with our SSL certificate. You can also opt to pay securely on Paypal’s website.
-Orders made on our site are charged instantly.
-Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and giving the option to confirm your correct size by submitting your measurements. When we’ve shipped the item, you will receive another e-mail containing your shipping information.
